How does it work?
-You get in touch with us.
-We make an appointment in Torrevieja or Guardamar with a Spanish bank for you. Or in the Netherlands with ABN AMRO.
-Once in Spain you request directly a Spanish tax number.
-After the conversation with the bank the real estate is evaluated.
-The notary ensures the settlement.
What has to be discussed with you further? You need your passport and as much proof as possible of income (wage slips concerning the last three months, assessment, etc.) |
